When is the best time of day to swim in the famous To Sua Ocean Trench?

Is it okay to go during low tide or should I only plan my visit for high tide when the water level is high

You can swim during low tide but it's much better and deeper when the tide is high, it can be a bit tricky getting in and out when the water is low.
