Tipping culture in Vietnam do I need to worry about it

Restaurants, taxi drivers, hotel staff, is it expected everywhere or just for certain services what's the custom.

Tipping is not mandatory but appreciated, especially small amounts for bellhops or for great service at a good restaurant, often just rounding up a taxi fare is enough.
