Is two weeks in Vietnam a total rush job?

Thinking North to South in 14 days, is that even doable or should I stick to one region what did you do?

You can do it but definitely fly between the main cities like Hanoi, Da Nang, and HCMC, save the bus/train for shorter hops like Hue to Hoi An.
